Instead of talking the focus is on creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere while you have your hair done. I will never expect you to chat to me, I want you to have your service the way you want it.
There will be the same thorough consultation prior to any service as well as quick check ins.

I recognise from my own personal experience that sometimes you don't want/can't make small talk, perhaps you feel too anxious to talk. Maybe you just want some peace to sit and be or even just to read your book!
Whatever the reason please be assured there is no judgement, you are welcome here, chat or no chat.

When you make your booking you can pop a note in and ask for it to be a silent or low chat appointment.
I also have a cute little chat cube in front of you which you are welcome to turn to indicate how you are feeling at the time, you are welcome to change the cube throughout the service.
