Cancellation and Booking Fees
I require a booking fee for all services as set out below, appointments are not secured until the booking fee is paid. A payment link will be sent to you once you have booked an appointment, if you do not receive this link please contact me prior to your appointment.
Cuts
- 50% of listed cost for cuts, however please remember that the cost for a haircut is *from* and the final cost is dependent on hair length and thickness.
Colours
- 50% of a colour service, the final cost will be discussed at your consultation appointment.
Hair Tinsel & Feathers
- £10 deposit required for each person. So if you are booking for two children the deposit required will be £20.
Cancellations
The cancellation fee is 50% of the booking value if cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or in case of a no show the full booking fee will not be refunded.
Late cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on small businesses so please try to give notice, all contact details are on my booking page.
Skin Test
I require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to an initial colour service and every 6 months thereafter, please book a consultation appointment via the booking page where we can discuss your hair goals and perform the skin test.
